These terms apply when you use MusicSubz (musicsubz.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What MusicSubz is

MusicSubz is a marketplace that connects musicians and performers with venues and bookers who need talent, often at short notice. We are not a party to any booking, and we do not employ, manage or represent any musician or venue.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use MusicSubz. Keep your login details private and the information on your profile accurate. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Memberships and payments

• Musician Listing — $10 per year to appear in talent search.
• Hiring Access — $25 per year to see contact details, search and book musicians.
• Priority Search — $15 per gig, one-time; your gig is marked urgent until it is filled.

Yearly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access for 30 more days. When a Musician Listing lapses, your profile is hidden from search. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A Priority Search does not guarantee that a musician will be available.

4. Bookings between members

Pay, time, location and equipment are agreed directly between the venue and the musician. Both sides should confirm the booking details on MusicSubz before the gig. Payment for a performance is handled between the members, not by MusicSubz. Members are responsible for showing up, paying as agreed, and any taxes, permits or insurance.

5. Text messages

Texts are sent only to members who opt in. See our Text Message Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not post false information, impersonate anyone, harass other members, spam, upload content you don't have rights to, or try to get around paid features. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, song lists and text you upload. You give MusicSubz permission to display them on the site so we can run the service.

8. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real booking. We may remove reviews that are abusive or misleading.

9. Disclaimers and limits

MusicSubz is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any performance, venue or member, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, MusicSubz is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from bookings or interactions between members, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and ending your account

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. You can stop using MusicSubz and delete your account at any time.
